the end of the semester

The end of the semester is finally here. I got all B's in school and am so excited to start next semester. Christmas time is here and my Aunt Coy is here. We are having sooo much fun!!!

Thanksgiving

Well, Thanksgiving is upon us and so is the end of the semester. I am almost done with my associates degree and i can't wait! ASL is getting harder in classwork but i am understanding more and more. I love my education class and all the things i learn i put into my class that i para for. well it's almost time for class so i will see ya'll later.

hair

Well, I haven't cut my hair for about a year and I finally decided to cut it off. I got it cut and it was like Mia in the Princess Diaries. from this hugh frizzie mess to a sleek short bob. it was so nice. I feel as if a weight was dropped off my head. i lost about 2 or 3 pounds, so it was literal and figurative.

hello out there - my sister keeps putting all those great pictures and i wish i could too. my asl class is progressing nicely. i feel as if i could communicate better. my teaching class is so much fun. i like that i am learning more than i thought. my other classes are good but i hope that i will get good grades. see you guys later.

IKE!!!!!

hello all you out there!!! we have power so almost everything is back to normal. the one thing about Ike is that although my family had minimal damage the effect on the community was and is devastating. trees are down all over and some people are still without power. I feel blessed that I have power and so little damage. My job is intact and although I missed 8 days of work i will be able to make up those hours.

I love you all and thank you for your support through this tough time.

First Post for the new School Year

I started school this week. Both as a job and as a student. After a little trouble with my books I finally got started on all that I can. I made a 100 on my first math test. I hope to continue that trend. My sign language class was a little weird but after the first hour or so I began to understand the professor. My students are wonderful and I am looking forward to the new year.
